At PFP Design, we assist our clients in completing their fire protection projects on time and under budget.

We always strive to provide prompt and professional service with the utmost consideration being placed on code compliance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.  We are not satisfied unless our client’s expectations are fully met in every regard.

PFP is available to assist with any aspect of the fire sprinkler design process. Current building code and sprinkler design knowledge are available to determine optimal sprinkler design.

PFP offers a wide variety of fire protection systems, ensuring that we will be able to provide the highest quality of protection for any facility. Our sales consultants and project managers work closely with clients to provide detailed explanations for each type of fire protection system available and the benefits of choosing a particular system type. We will help you choose the fire protection system that best fits your needs for simplicity, reliability, and ease of maintenance.

PFP has collaborated on many projects with small and large general contractors on the viability of virtually pre-construct buildings. By utilizing BIM, PFP is able to maximize the value of pre-design by prefabricating our system components, which minimalizes waste in both material and field labor while delivering successful projects.

Autodesk Navisworks is a software program that has been used for the BIM coordination process for many years. With the capability to assemble 3D model information from multiple trades using various construction software platforms, Navisworks® has the required tools to detect collisions during the design phase of a project allowing us to increase field productivity that translates to lower overall costs.

PFP has an extensive history of using innovative 3-D design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software in the construction industry. BIM is an integrated process utilizing a 3D & 4D models to better communicate design information allowing for multi-trade coordination, improved accuracy, clear documentation, reduced waste, and early decision-making.

Identify Site Conflicts Before They Arise

The challenges of coordinating between all the different trades on a job site can be complex to manage. What can be even more frustrating is when the plans for one contractor directly affect the work to be completed by another. Our 3D Coordination Service (BIM) helps to identify the problems before work on the job site even begins.

Our 3D object-based coordination capability allows for a 3D model to be created from the plans of all the trades that will work on a site and conflicts can be managed from this model in a way that saves time and money. This revolutionary technology allows obstacles to managed in the pre-construction phase.

We are proud to offer this service and work closely with you to help your project avoid the problems before they arise.
